"Just around the corner from the hotel (2-3 minutes walk) is a steak house (which we didn't visit), an Italian restaurant which was very good and reasonably priced, and a supermarket which sold fresh pastries as well as the usual range of food."

the room size was excellent for my family.

I was disappointed by the lack of assistance from the reception when i needed a fork late at night after ordering food. The staff member seemed unwilling to help at all. it was frustrating since the hotel has a restaurant, and it seemed like a simple request that was met with indifference.

The location is quite good. It is a short walk from the tram station. There is also an ATM nearby.

The shower stall was outdated. The grout between the tiles looked moldy in a few places. The underside of the quilt cover was soiled.

the breakfast buffet was extensive and very satisfying , i loved the variety available. the shower was also great , it was really refreshing after a long day. the fitness area had a nice view , i could see the city while i exercised.

smoking was allowed right outside the front entrance , i did not like it. the air conditioning wasn't very effective , the room was hot. there was only one english speaking tv channel , i was surprised.
